Cancelation and Rescheduling
to best serve my client, I now require a minimum 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancelations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot.
*if you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours 3 consecutive times, another booking will not be accepted without 50% deposit
Late Arrivals
while there is no late fee, I reserve the right to shorten your appointment time to ensure the next clients appointment will start on time. Our of respect for my clients, if you are over 20 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment
No Shows
clients who no show for their appointments will be asked to pay a 50% deposit to book their next appointment.
Emergency Exceptions: Policies often include exceptions for emergencies or unforeseeable events, where fees may be waived or reduced
